I have bad credit and am looking for a bank that can offer a loan. The loan amount is for about $15,000. I am looking to invest in jointly buying an established business. I live in the east bay area.

15k is NOT a small loan. LOL
There are no legitimate lenders who are going to take on someone with bad credit. Period.
You will get spammed here though with lots of offers that seem too good to be true. That is because they are and will somehow find a way to get money out of you instead of lending you money.
Do you have a business plan written up to show a bank? Maybe try to find a private investor if this business is that iron clad.
