Not possible

Even if you put cash in an ATM (which is never advisable), the transaction will not process until the ATM is opened on Monday am.

If your bank is closed, NOTHING will be credited to your account until the next business day. As of the time this question was posted on Saturday, Sept 3, 2010, it IS Monday, Sept 6, 2010 unless your bank is in the US, in which case it is Tues, Sept 7, 2010. Saturday, Sunday and holidays don’t exist for the purposes of recording bank transactions.
You ask “But isn’t there some sort of service in which you can give them some money and they can put it into your bank account?”
Why would you think a third party would be able to access YOUR bank account?

I think it is not possible.
