How can I give up the smoking habit?

Whenever I decide to give up smoking with strong determination I find it difficult.My trials have reached more than 5 times and continued for periods around 2-6 months .

    u need somethin to replace the cigarette. if you can keep your fingers and mouth busy, its easier to go without the cigarette

    Will power is the final determination in your success. If you really want to quit smoking, you’ll have to think about these things; The price of cigarettes, the price it’s costing to kill yourself slowly, bad breath, bad smell on your clothing, heart disease, yellow teeth, and so much more negatives. Now come the big part – Cold turkey. It’s hard, but you can beat it! The first 3 days are the hardest, but after that it becomes easier. After about 3 or 4 days, you’ll actually will begin to taste your food! But only you and your will power can beat this nasty and dangerous habit. I know, because I did it 27 years ago. And I feel fantastic. Now, it’s your turn!
