If he has only your account to do as you seem to indicate then not very long at all and even while you wait.
Most likely you would not be a priority item as you would be paying very little to have your account done compared to many others.
you are just small potatoes and will not get much attention. That is life

The heart of your writing whilst appearing agreeable in the beginning, did not sit very well with me after some time. Someplace within the paragraphs you actually managed to make me a believer but only for a while. I nevertheless have got a problem with your jumps in logic and you might do nicely to help fill in all those gaps. When you actually can accomplish that, I would definitely be fascinated.
