I’m with Barclays and I was never issued a book or card and just needed some money out but I’m not to sure what I need to take with me when I visit the bank. Thanks for the help.

You should have been given at least a card.It will be the card you use to
bank on line. Also if you bank online you have to withdraw on
line so it is waiting at your branch to collect. That is probably
why you have no book etc.So go on now.

If you have another Barclays account call telephone banking and you can move it over to another account (08457 555 555 Or the savings and investment team is on 0800 085 8566 between the hours of 8am – 6pm mon – fri, 9am – 2pm saturdays) then you can withdraw it via a debit card / cash card in the normal way, Or if you are registered for online banking you can move it over that way (again to another account) or visit a branch with 2 forms of ID (Passport / Driving Licence ) and barclays debit card – if you dont have that then another form of ID OR another bank card.

An interesting discussion is value comment. I believe that you need to write more on this matter, it may not be a taboo topic however typically persons are not sufficient to talk on such topics. To the next. Cheers
