How can I withdraw money from a UK Cahoot bank account without a cash card?
Is it possible to withdraw from the Abbey National as they own the internet bank Cahoot? (I have lost my cash card)

i don’t think that you can
do you use their telephone banking ? you could transfer money to another account to lift it ( somebody you trust !! )
or if you have an account with another bank you could ask to do a faster payment/ chaps/ bill payment to that account

Yes, you will need to phone Cahoot to arrange this and then go to your local Abbey branch with suitable identification, they will tell you what identification you will need. They will probably charge a fee for this.
