How can I check online purchases using a credit card?
I bought some tickets this morning from Ticketmaster and bought four tickets in two separate transactions.
However, it didn’t quite work, I thought it had but it appeared it hadn’t. The problem is, I may have bought two too many tickets, and as they’re £110 each that’s a slight problem!
I need to know if there’s any way I can check my purchases on my credit card over the internet or the phone.
It’s a Mastercard MBNA card, if that helps.
Thanks in advance.

If you telephone your card issuer (customer services number on your statement) they will be able to check if the transactions went through.

You should be able to ring MBNA – check the back of the card for Customer Services.

Ring your card company. They will be able to tell you what transactions have gone thu today. They can also tell you if there were any trans that were authorised but were then cancelled etc
If you have bought too many there is always ebay!

Ring Ticketmaster IMMEDIATELY & cancel the second order.
If you’re a regular user of Ticketmaster, if you have an account with them all the details of your purchases will there & as they send out confirmation emails check the emails to see if the reference numbers are different.

If the event sells out, you can auction your unwanted tickets on eBay and might actually end up making money on them 🙂
