How long does a payment take over the phone to clear your credit card?
I cleared the remaining balance i owed on my credit card today over the phone, i used my debit card to pay off my outstanding balance. i had reached my limit on my card and had been unable to use it, so i rang the credit card company today and cleared my balance, how long does this take to process and when will i be able to use my credit card again?

That’s up to the card issuer, but usually 48-72 hours.

Only about 3 days.
One note: Maxing out your credit card is a good way to destroy your credit rating.
Any time you use more than 20% of your available credit limit you are causing harm.
It is best to use the card each month and pay it in full.
This will give you amazing scores.
And you never pay a penny interest when you pay in full each month.
Remember: employers look, so do car insurers and landlords.
Don’t mess up your future by carrying high balances.
